Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your ReNuvo purchase.

Return Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

How to Return:
Email help.renuvo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return to begin the process.

Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the return. Funds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will send a replacement at no cost.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or shipped in error.
